Essential Service Plan

Annual Boiler Service Includes:
Internal Component Checks: Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Ignition Probe, Main Heat Exchanger, Condensate Trap
Filter Clean (if fitted)
Gas pressure test
Exclusions:
Repairs, spare parts, and replacements for the boiler and heating system
Sludge or scale removal
Chemical dosing

Essential Boiler Service Plan

Includes all features of the Essential Plan with boiler and heating control repairs as needed to complete the service.
Additional Benefits:
Flue Gas Analysis

Exclusions:
Boilers over 70kW or 16 years old
